Partner links.
Plan4Me links to third party booking partners such as Trip.com and GetYourGuide. Where an itinerary includes a place to stay, a ticketed attraction or a transport route, the app can show a link that opens the partner's own site or app with your trip details filled in. The booking itself happens on the partner's site, not in Plan4Me.
Each link also carries a hashed identifier derived from your Plan4Me account identifier, so the partner can attribute a completed booking back to Plan4Me. The partner does not receive your name, your email address or the account identifier itself. Our privacy policy explains how we treat hashed identifiers.
Commissions.
Plan4Me can receive a commission from the partner when a booking is completed through one of these links. This comes at no extra cost to you. The partner charges you the same price with or without our link.
Independence.
Recommendations and itineraries are generated independently of commissions. We never rank, filter or select places, hotels, activities or transport options by payout. A partner link is attached after an itinerary is built and does not change what the itinerary contains.
Your booking.
Any booking you complete through a partner link is a contract between you and that partner, governed by their terms and privacy policy. It is not a contract with Plan4Me. Questions about a booking, including changes, cancellations and refunds, are handled by the partner.
