Terms of service.

The terms that govern your access to and use of Plan4Me.

Effective 27 July 2026. Replaces the version dated 12 June 2026.

Agreement to these terms.

These terms form a contract between you and Plan4Me (“we”, “us”) covering the Plan4Me mobile application, this website and related services. By creating an account or using Plan4Me, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age that applies in your country, to use Plan4Me, and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or credits. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The service.

Plan4Me generates travel itineraries using artificial intelligence and provides tools to edit, budget, track and share them. It is a planning tool, not a travel agency or tour operator:

Content generated by AI.

Itineraries, suggestions and chat responses in Plan4Me are generated by artificial intelligence. When you use the travel assistant you are interacting with an AI system, not a person. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and can occasionally describe places, prices or details that are wrong or no longer exist. Please confirm opening hours, tickets, transport and local conditions with official sources before relying on any itinerary stop. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice of any kind, including legal, visa, immigration, health, medical, safety, insurance or financial advice.

Travel safety.

You alone decide where to go and what to do. Before and during a trip, you are responsible for:

Plan4Me is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not interact with the app while driving.

Your account.

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@plan4me.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, credits and billing.

Your content.

Trips, itineraries, notes, expenses and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive license, free of royalties, to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content solely to operate, provide and improve the service, including sending trip details to the AI and data providers that power it. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups, which are removed on schedule, and content you shared that others still hold. You are responsible for what you add: it must be content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, infringing or harmful.

Share links and collaboration.

A trip share link is a public page that can be viewed but not edited. Anyone who holds the link can view the trip, including its places, dates and notes, and links can be forwarded without your knowledge. Do not include anything in a shared trip that you would not make public. You can revoke a link at any time, after which it stops working, although copies others have already made are outside our control. If you invite collaborators, you choose whom to invite. Collaborators can view the trip and, depending on their role, edit it.

Acceptable use.

You agree not to:

We may investigate violations and remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts accordingly.

Third party services and content.

The app displays content from third parties, including place data and photos, maps, weather forecasts, videos and links to external sites. That content belongs to its owners and is provided for information only, and we are not responsible for it. Third party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you follow a link out of Plan4Me, the terms and privacy policy of the destination site apply.

Intellectual property.

The Plan4Me app, website, design, code and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use the app for planning your own travel. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation. If you believe content in the service infringes your rights, contact support@plan4me.ai and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.

App store terms.

If you install Plan4Me from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms, are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Where required, Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Disclaimers.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement, and any warranty of uninterrupted operation or operation free of errors. In particular, we do not warrant that itineraries, prices, opening hours, travel times, weather or any other information in the app is accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Indemnification.

To the extent permitted by the law of your country, you agree to compensate us for claims, losses and expenses caused by your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of third parties.

Suspension and termination.

You may stop using Plan4Me at any time and delete your account from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible. On termination your license ends and your data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including the content license for backups, the disclaimers, the limitations of liability and the dispute terms, remain in effect.

Changes.

We continuously improve Plan4Me and may add, change or remove features. If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the effective date and, where a change significantly affects you, notify you in the app or by email in advance. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.

Governing law and disputes.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@plan4me.ai. Most issues can be resolved informally. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the Plan4Me operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring disputes before your local courts where the law gives you that right.

General.

These terms and the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
